📋 Return & Refund Policy (Luvia Active)

1. Size Selection & Customer Responsibility

At Luvia Active, we provide detailed sizing charts for all our products to help you find the perfect fit. Since each item is processed and shipped based on the specific options selected at checkout, our policy does not cover returns, refunds, or exchanges for incorrect size selection or change of mind by the customer. By completing your purchase, you agree that you have reviewed the size guide and selected the correct fit.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take great pride in the quality of our activewear. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or if we accidentally shipped the wrong item/size from what you ordered, we will gladly make it right!

  • You must contact our support team at luviaaofficial@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your package.

  • Please include your Order Number (#) and clear photos of the defect or the incorrect item.

  • Once verified, we will ship a brand new replacement completely 100% free of charge.

3. Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention

All delivery attempts are monitored and tracked. Opening a false dispute or chargeback claiming "item not received" or "unauthorized charge" after successfully receiving the product and communicating with our support team constitutes payment fraud. In such cases, Luvia Active reserves the right to submit all email correspondence, IP logs, and tracking data to the financial institutions to contest the dispute.

4. Exceptional Customer Care

While our official policy states that sales are final for incorrect sizing, we dynamic care about your experience! In exceptional cases, our support team may offer a one-time courtesy solution (such as a discounted replacement or a complimentary item) at our sole discretion.
